By clicking on the web page to confirm your use of the VUCAC Service or other services provided by VUCAC Team, you indicate that you have read and fully understand the content of the Agreement and are bound by it.
The Agreement is an integral part of the VUCAC Service Agreement. By agreeing to the VUCAC Service Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the Agreement in its entirety.
The Agreement will help you to understand the following:
The Agreement applies when you use any of our products and services, regardless of whether such products and services are subject to a separate privacy agreement, and whether you are a browsing user (visitor) or a registered login user. Please note that the Agreement does not apply to:Information collected by third party services (including any third party websites) accessed through our products and/or services; Information collected by other companies or organizations that advise in our products and/or services.
Please note that, if you browse third-party websites or use third-party products and/or services to provide such third party with your personal information, your information should be subject to the third party's privacy statement or similar agreements. We shall not be liable for any third party's improper use or disclosure of the information provided by you, whether or not your login to or viewing the above websites, software, or use of its products and/or services is based on the links or instructions of VUCAC Team. You are strongly advised to understand and confirm the privacy protection of the service provider before using the third-party services mentioned above.
(I) Circumstances under which we collect your personal information
"Personal information” refers to means all kinds of information recorded electronically or by other means that, alone or in combination with other information, can identify a particular natural person or reflect the activities of a particular natural person. Our overriding policy is to collect as little user information as possible. We never store the content of your emails.VUCAC may retrieve and store your: name, email address, profile picture, timezone and language. We only communicate with Google servers through the Google APIs (OAuth). VUCAC's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.”
2.1 Helping you become our member
2.1.1 The mobile phone number or email account you submit will be used to accept the verification code when you register, log in, bind your account, and retrieve your password. It will also be used as one of the contact methods designated by you and VUCAC Team to receive relevant business notifications (such as new product launch, service change, etc.).
2.1.2 After creating your VUCAC account, you can fill in your information, including (1) Your other personal information such as gender and employer; (2) Contact information such as address and telephone number; (3) Bind your WeChat. Your failure to provide this information will not affect your use of VUCAC's General Services. The information you provide in category (1) of this article will help us to better understand your needs for VUCAC Team services, so that VUCAC Team can promote and introduce products to you in a more targeted manner; The information you provide in category (2) of this Article may be used by VUCAC Team to promote products to you, mail business notices (including bills) or communicate with you for business purposes; The information you provide in category (3) of this article may be used by VUCAC Team to help you implement the WeChat message alert.
2.1.3 If you only use basic services such as browsing and searching on the VUCAC website, you don’t need to register as a member and provide the information above.
2.2 Offering services to you
2.2.1 VUCAC Team may require you to provide real identity information for real-name authentication in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. You should provide your real identity information through your account. If you provide your real identity information through your VUCAC Team account, VUCAC Team will provide you with a variety of ways to assist you in providing the information. You should choose the appropriate method based on your identity attributes. You understand and agree that VUCAC Team has the right to review, by itself or by a third party, whether the information provided by you during the real-name authentication is true, accurate and valid.
